Raviprakash, founded Adhithya Innovations with a mission to share his Six Sigma & Project Management expertise with aspiring companies, for them to make quantum leaps towards their long-term goals.

He is a Mechanical Engineer from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, India and a University Topper in MTech in Tool Engineering from Government Tool Room & Training Center, Bangalore, India.

He has over 27+ years of global experience in countries like India, UK, USA, Canada and Germany with reputed companies like TVS, Engineering & Industrial Services of Infosys & TCS, Delphi Automotive Systems and Hero MotoCorp Limited.

His keen interest in quality motivated him to become a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute and a certified ISO9001 2015 QMS LEAD AUDITOR from DNV.

• He has one patent in Hero MotoCorp Limited & has published a paper in Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE)
• Completed 165 Six Sigma Business Excellence Projects with a savings of over 11 Million US Dollars to the customers
• Established business from 0 to 10 Million US Dollars through effective Program Management in Top 5 Consulting companies in India
• Trained over 1100 Engineers on Six Sigma & 20 Project managers on Project Management. Also, has trained 210 engineers on Softskills and Technical Training.
• He is a certified Global Career Counselor from University of California, Los Angeles ( UCLA Extension) & a passionate coach/Mentor for Career Transition Management
• Over 2 decades of consulting experience in Project Management, Business/Process Excellence, Market Quality & Quality Assurance. Significant experience in handling activities including planning, scheduling and implementing improvement activities, problem-solving, vendor development, implementation of SOP and quality; safety guidelines.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of various Development Lifecycle Processes.
