Raviprakash Shankaranarayana is the Founder of Adhithya Innovations, established with a singular mission: to translate deep expertise in Six Sigma, Project Management, Business Excellence & Career Counselling into measurable, long-term success for organizations, working professionals and students. His work focuses on enabling quantum leaps in performance—not incremental improvements.
He is a Mechanical Engineer from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, and a University Topper in M.Tech (Tool Engineering) from the Government Tool Room & Training Centre (GTTC), Bangalore.
With 27+ years of global experience, Raviprakash has worked across India, the UK, USA, and Germany, holding leadership roles ranging from Program Manager to Assistant Vice President. His career spans reputed organizations including TVS Sundaram Clayton, Infosys (Engineering & Industrial Services), TCS, Delphi Automotive Systems, Deutsche Bank, and Hero MotoCorp Limited.
Driven by a deep commitment to quality and operational excellence, he is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Indian Statistical Institute) and a Certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor (DNV-GL). His passion for nation-building and career transformation led him to become a Certified Global Career Counselor from University of California Los Angeles & Univariety.
